Pedal to the Metal with Embossing Paste

Hi gorgeous!

How are you today? Thanks so much for checking out my post. Today I'm showing you another card from my January Stamp Camp, but we also made it at Laura's party & my Mini Catalog Launch Party. It was such a fun card to make & a nice masculine one, at that!

I have used Pool Party, Crumb Cake, Pear Pizazz & So Saffron cardstock, torn edges & fussy cut the dune buggy. The Pool Party clouds & birds are from the My Meadow stamp set & the black birds are from the Sailing Home stamp set, double stamped in Crumb Cake. I've added a few drops of So Saffron ink refill to the Embossing Paste (scoop a bit out & mix it on your Silicone Craft Sheet) & spread it thinly so it will dry faster. Then when the Embossing Paste is slightly dry, I've used the tyre tracks stamp to emboss the embossing paste & leave a track.

One of my favourite techniques is to splatter with the Stampin' Write Markers, in this case making mud splatters with Crumb Cake. Simply pop the brush tip end just inside the pen lid & then firmly flick it downwards & you'll have a lovely splatter.
