Crazy Crafters Blog Hop with Lea Denton - Bold Butterfly

Hi Crafters!

Some exciting news for you today! It's Blog Hop time!! Today we are CASE-ing (Copy & Selectively Edit) the wonderfully talented Lea Denton, who is also joining us on this hop!

I hope you find great inspiration from all the projects in this hop. You may be starting the hop here at my blog (Jessie Holton) or you may have come from the previous person on the list. Be sure to click on the next person in the list to continue your blog hop adventure casing Lea's work.

Here's Lea's card which I have chosen to case.

And here's my take on it. Ok, so my cards turned out not much at all how I envisioned haha! I was going to do quite a close CASE as I really love how Lea's card turned out. But when I got to my desk, I already had these Blushing Bride butterflies left over from a previous project & one fell on top of some of the Succulent Garden DSP & I really liked the combo! So here you have some butterfly inspired cards with a little ribbon around the bottom like Lea's.

I've used Sweet Sugarplum & Old Olive cardstock with the Succulent Garden Combo Ribbon, also in Sweet Sugarplum.

The sentiment is from the new Label Me Pretty Bundle (Pretty Label Punch) & the 'for you' comes from the Birthday Blooms stamp set.

I've also added some Basic Pearls to each card.

I'm going to miss the Succulent Garden Suite! It's my absolute favourite from the Occasions Catalog!

I hope you have enjoyed my cards & that you continue the fun, hopping through the following list! You are currently visiting Jessie Holton.
